Not following program instructions, lacking personal aptitude for entrepreneurship, insufficient time commitment, or refusing to implement recommended strategies are not the responsibility of Breakfree Marketing Solutions LLP, its founders Chhavi Gupta and Kapil Virani, or any program instructors.

Client Acquisition Responsibility

Participants acknowledge that the Company will not find clients for them. While our programs provide proven systems, strategies, and support for client acquisition, the actual implementation and client relationship development remains the sole responsibility of each participant. The Company does not guarantee the quality of participant work or their ability to deliver results to their own clients.

Educational Nature

Participation in our programs does not automatically make you an expert coach or guarantee business success. Results depend entirely on your dedication, consistent application of learned strategies, market conditions, and individual business circumstances.

The Peace and Profits Mastermind, coaching programs, and other services provided by Breakfree Marketing Solutions LLP are educational and transformational experiences, not physical products to be purchased, consumed, and returned.

Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:

General No-Refund Policy

After access is granted to any program, and due to the sensitive, proprietary nature of our copyrighted content, strategies, and frameworks, the Company maintains a strict no-refund policy for any reason. Since the services made available are intangible educational content and ongoing coaching support, refunds are not provided under normal circumstances.

Fraudulent Activity

The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate access to programs and refuse any refund if participants are found guilty of fraudulent activities including, but not limited to:

1. Content Piracy: Copying, recording, or reproducing program content for unauthorized distribution

2. Unauthorized Sharing: Providing access credentials to non-enrolled individuals including friends, family members, or business associates

3 .Content Theft: Downloading, screenshotting, or otherwise capturing proprietary materials for personal use beyond program participation

4. Solicitation: Using program access to solicit other participants for competing services or unrelated business opportunities

5. Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent credit card chargebacks after receiving program access and materials

6. Misrepresentation: Providing false information during enrollment or misrepresenting program content publicly

Account Termination

Violation of program terms will result in immediate account termination without warning or refund. The Company maintains records of all fraudulent activities and reserves the right to deny future enrollment to individuals who have violated program terms.

All transactions for the Peace and Profits Mastermind and other programs are processed through secure payment gateways including Razorpay, Skydo, Payoneer, and other approved processors. These payment systems are safe and secure for all types of credit and debit cards across different countries. Payment details are not stored by our Company during this process.

The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, program features, terms of enrollment, and service offerings without prior notice.

If fraudulent or illegal transactions are suspected, or if any transaction violates our terms and conditions, we have sole discretion to cancel enrollments and deny program access. We maintain records of fraudulent transactions and participants, and will deny access or cancel orders from flagged individuals.

Participants acknowledge that enrollment in Breakfree Marketing Solutions LLP programs represents an investment in their business education and development. The founders, Chhavi Gupta and Kapil Virani, have invested over 4 years developing the Peace and Profits Framework and supporting hundreds of coaches worldwide.

While the Company does not guarantee success in every circumstance, consistent and wise application of our proven strategies has repeatedly demonstrated significant business growth for dedicated participants.

The Company reserves the right to amend this refund policy, including pricing, technical specifications, terms of enrollment, and service offerings without prior notice. Participants will be notified of significant policy changes through email and program announcements.
